Yes, it is definitely possible to have multiple guestbooks for the same user on Guestbook.tv: it's especially useful if you want to keep separate guestbooks. To create another guestbook, simply log in to your account with your email, then click on your email at the top-right corner of the desktop version of the site. From there, you can create as many guestbooks as you like, as long as they have been upgraded to the premium version.

Yes, with the premium versions of Guestbook.tv, you can download a zip file that contains all the individual photos in JPG format, as well as all the text messages. This way, you have all the content at your disposal and can edit them as you prefer.

To broadcast your guestbook on a TV, screen or projector, ensure you have an internet connection, a PC, and either an HDMI cable or a casting device like Chromecast or Fire TV. If you own a casting device, you can transmit directly from your mobile device. Visit Guestbook.tv's "Display" page, select HDMI or your casting device, and follow the provided instructions. Customize background and text colors to your liking during setup. Once connected, your guests can enjoy a slideshow of shared photos and messages on the TV or projector.

Certainly. In the "Messages" page of your dashboard, reject a message by clicking 'reject' and permanently delete it by using the trash icon. In any payment plan, you can also edit messages by clicking on them (not available in the free plan).

In such cases, guestbook.tv for professionals is tailored to meet your needs. With this version, your guestbook can stay open indefinitely, and the guest count resets monthly. Monthly billing is based on your selected plan, ensuring you receive content from the specified number of guests outlined in your plan.

Guestbook.tv for professionals is designed for those who either need to create multiple guestbooks (e.g., event planners, photographers and organizers) or require a single, long-lasting guestbook (e.g., hotel and restaurant owners, institutions like museums). For these professionals, we offer a subscription version of guestbook.tv that provides numerous advantages. For those in the first category, you can generate as many guestbooks as needed within the limits of your plan. The guest count accumulates, treating them collectively as if it were a single event. For instance, having 10 guests at one event and 100 at another adds up to 110. At the start of each billing period, the count resets to zero. In the second category, if you are subscribed, your single guestbook remains open indefinitely, offering a lasting and continuous experience for your guests. In both cases, you are billed monthly according to the plan you've selected. If your needs change, you can always adjust your plan to accommodate more or fewer guestbooks.

Your guestbook will remain open for 30 days after your event, allowing you to receive messages during this period. However, after that, new messages won't be accepted. Your guestbook, along with its corresponding gallery, will be securely stored on our servers for either 1 year (with the free version) or 3 years (with the premium version) from that point onward.
